Kate’s expertise helped her create a simple yet effective principle everyone can use to form the optimum skincare routine for a glowing complexion. The 5 Daily Do’s! This consists of 5 daily steps for healthy skin, so let’s talk through them.
Step 1 – Cleanse
The first ‘Daily do’ is to cleanse your skin, this is such a simple but important step in your regime! Cleansing AM and PM will ensure you are removing all dirt, bacteria, and excess oils from the skin to prep for the rest of your routine. Its also a great way to add active ingredients into your skincare in a gentle form. Kate’s favourite cleanser is the Goat Milk Moisturising Cleanser, it’s an effective makeup remover but is incredibly nourishing and moisturising so perfect for this time of year!
Step 2 – Exfoliate
Exfoliating is key in everyone’s skincare routine. A lot of us will tend to over or under exfoliate the skin, so striking the right balance is really important. Exfoliating on a regular basis will speed up cellular turnover to remove surface dull and dead skin cells, and keep looking fresh and glowing! Kate’s favourite is her 3 in one, scrub, peel and mask ExfoliKate Intensive, add this in 2-3 x per week as a treatment to unlock an instantly radiant complexion.
Step 3 – Hydrate
Hydration is Kate’s third step, to add a bit of bounce to the skin.
